One Drop

from concept to full production

One Drop wanted to create a diabetes managing system that connects to One Drop community through the app and empowers and motivates people with diabetes. The primary challenge was to shift the medical perception and intimidating experience around conventional blood glucose meter(BGM) kits. We tried products ourselves to be in users’ shoes and highlighted micro-moments that eventually affected the impression of the entire experience. After exploration, we came up with a vision that positively motivates users by turning the medical meter kit into a lifestyle accessory.
I led the project and designed One Drop system from concept to full production and packaging.
